I contacted Charlie about getting a tree removed that fell on my shed after a hail storm. He arrived to check out the job when he said and we discussed the project. Since insurance was involved, he was very flexible with the scheduling. When things were moving along, he contacted me about moving up the date because of expected high winds as he told me that he didnt want to see more trees fall and do more damage. Charlie and his crew arrived as promised and worked through the rain until they were finished. When they were done the only evidence that they were there were the stacked logs grass that was laying down where his machine moved through the yard.
