Our experience is two fold! First when our freezer at the Bakery in Spearman went out we were looking for two things: size that would fit our needs & DELIVERY! Perryton Furniture aced both those things delivering AND hauling off our old freezer. Another BIG plus... The price! Second experience: one month later I noticed the new freezer was not running. After checking our outlet (& having the electrician check it also) I called Perryton Furniture. The response was "we have another one just like it in stock & we'll head that way".!! NOW for the embarrassing part... It wasn't the outlet but it WAS the surge protector it was plugged into. When Tanner moved the freezer out & plugged it directly into the wall it was working! Evidently the storm the night before had tripped the serge protector. Embarrassed doesn't even describe how I felt however the boys AND the office reassured me it was all good as long as it was working & all was well! To me.......

Had previously sold us a recliner that was supposed to get delivered today 12/23. When nobody showed up to deliver it, we called and asked what was going on only to find out they had already sold the recliner to someone else and proceeded not to say anything to us. We understand if this was an accident, but nobody bothered to tell us it had been sold and given to someone else. Even during the phone call the only solution we were given was to get a new one and that they could "give us a picture" (this was a Christmas present). Nobody had informed us. Nobody compensated us, and then made it incredibly difficult to receive a refund. I don't recommend coming here and cannot imagine what would've happened had we not called...

Great selection of quality furniture and really great sales people. We drove from Eastern Oklahoma to buy at perryton furniture because the prices were great and saved us a lot of money, even driving the 5 and half hours and staying the night in a hotel....
