United Supermarkets — Local services in Perryton

United Supermarket in Perryton has improved greatly in the past few years. All I've done until recently is send complaints to corporate! I moved to the Texas Panhandle 10 years ago and had made about three complaints to United. When I had a follow up on the complaints the read out on the phone it was Safeway. Then I found that Safeway/Albertsons owned United which infuriated me as I had been a customer of Safeway and Albertsons most of my life in California, Colorado and AZ. I don't hold back with compliments or complaints. I finally was able to give a very favorable review in recent months after they remodeled the Perryton store. They still don't meet the standards of my previous experience with other locations or the customer service of the Venture Store in Shattuck, OK. Totally awsome customer service hats off to the fella with the white pickup and messed up grill that just happened to carry my groceries out I was on foot walking and had quite a walk for some reason I don't know y I ended up buying 300 worth of food because we in desperate need anyways the getlemen that had my back didn't mind when i asked him to double bag everything but not only walked me out the door but also told me that since I was carrying so much if I needed to make two trips he just got to work it wld b ok if I set some of it in the back of his pickup and come back for it if I needed to . Went to order a rug doctor, did not work at all- no water coming out or suction . Went back to trouble shoot and was told I probably wasn’t doing it right. Tried again at home and it would only make noise. Brought it back, was asked if I cleaned it out after use, I told them nothing worked so it was Not used. The service desk person then opened the tank looked at me accusingly and said this is so dirty. I looked in the tank and it is all dried and caked on dirt and hair from the last person who used it-causing the clog. Asked for a refund immediately and the service person charged me for another day accidentally then had to go back and refund twice. Gross and incompetent. Seems like it’s just a place ran...
