Very easy to pickup here. Go through the guard stand, then turn left so that you're parked curbside to pickup your order. Follow the link from your email to check in and someone comes right out with your order. The large lot before the guard stand is employee parking only. Exit the way you entered. Picture of the entrance as seen from the driveway. You may not enter the building as it is badged for employee access only. They come to you.

Otr driver. Pre loads are tricky. Showed up on time for mine. On site at 8:10pm for a 8-midnight pickup, got the call at 2:30am it was ready.

First time there..great .👍👍👮‍♀️👮‍♀️person at the guard shack...very clearly spoken....you sign in give PU # and drop trlr on right side of building..then drive around near door 6 to pick up full trlr..then drive back around building to guard shack..they check your seal and you drive off...BEST PLACE EVER.!!!..THANKS IKEA..💯💯💯🤗🤗🤗👌👌👍👍..(and theres a pilot 4 miles away...

Complete disconnect between Ikea store and warehouse for ordering. Also complete mismanaging of orders. All my items were in the warehouse yet it was split into two orders and shipped in separate days. Customer service line is a complete joke and useless and full and...
