Foust Equipment — Local services in Pershing

Look before you buy from Foust Equipment! I bought a skid steer from them on auction and it was represented to run good. It showed up with a weak right drive. I got a big runaround about it and was told to talk to the independent mechanic they "thought" had fixed the problem so they obviously new it had a drive issue and it was never fixed before they sold it to me and I was not told about it. Foust offered to "help" resell the loader for me at my location and pay the difference if I lost money on the deal but refused to refund my money up front. They expected me to have to deal with the problem loader they unloaded on me. They either didn't know what they were selling me or they did know and didn't tell me about the problem.
