Was headed to Sloan to get a new John Deere lawn tractor. Bought my first Deere there 4-5 years ago and really like the product and the dealership. Had reviewed JD, Cub Cadet and one other. Driving by R and H my daughter in the car said they have Cub Cadet mowers. I stopped and asked if they had a service department and if they picked up and delivered. The answer to both was yes. I have bought tractors in the past from department stores (Sears. Wards) and home improvement stores, but REALLY liked the JD dealer and service dept. So I looked at the inventory at R and H. Their prices were a little more than Lowes but having a service dept and pick up and delivery made up for the difference in price. I bought the Cub Cadet and they allowed me $1000 trade on my John Deere. It gets delivered tomorrow. I hope it is as good as the Deere was. The Cub was several hundred less than a similar sized JD... that's why I changed brands. So far I love R and H.

UPDATE 24 HOURS LATER... The new Cub Cadet delivered to me this morning had an issue. I called R &H. They said they would bring it in and have a look at it. I asked if there was any way to get me a different one. They said they would figure something out. An hour later they pulled in with a different new tractor and took away the one with issues. As a retired corporate trainer who has trained Fortune 500 companies on customer service, I can tell you this was not just good customer service, or even great customer service. THIS WAS OVER THE TOP AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!...

Very friendly place, always plenty of help to get or find anything you need. I bought my lawn mower from here also. The owner actually came out and said thank you to me! Dont have that at many places anymore nowadays. Any time I can I will always come here before the big city...

We purchased our riding and push mower from R & H. They did a great job helping us get what we needed for our yard. The other benefit is that they service the mowers. So, I call them every spring, and they pick them up and bring them back....
