If you get your catch fish in Petersburg, Alaska. Come here to have it processed! Make sure to tell them to filet AND take the skin off your Halibut. I had them put it in 1lb packages for me. Ended up with just under 30lbs of Halibut and Salmon. Bought a medium sized insulated box for shipping back home. Real friendly service. Can't wait to come back!

While the product is tasty, the customer service is terrible. People who answer the phones are impolite. Whenever shipment is delayed no proper explanation is given. When you call to check on product you are met with rudeness. Horrible...
