K&K is the worse contractor experience I’ve ever had. They asked for a large deposit amount in the beginning. I paid it. However, after it was paid they wouldn’t show up to work the days they committed to or be extremely late. After weeks of this, I asked to be refunded minus the supplies purchased because now 1/4 of the exterior of my house was painted and nothing else had been done in the matter of weeks. The said no refund. When I explained they’re website does not mention anything in regards to return policy and services were not rendered- I never heard from them again. I attempted a small claims; however, the address they have listed for their company is not even the actual address! Therefore, they could never be served. I then filed a complaint with BBB. The BBB never received an answer from them. Please, save your time and money... they will absolutely take a “deposit” and not show...

Both Todd and Debbie were great throughout the entire job on our house.
