I felt like the "Greatest American Hero" as in "Believe it or Not"... I had never been to a place like this and was utterly surprised at the finds in a tractor supply company. I felt like a kid in a candy store. I was so unprepared that I grabbed a few things but made my mark on stuff as I will be returning to grab some nostalgic items you usually can only find with a Google search. I bought a pull behind sprayer from this store In Philadelphia, Mississippi. I get it home and start to assemble it and discover its missing the tow Assembly. I call the store and they tell me they will get one and let me know. 3 days later no call, I call them and talk to John and he says they wont answer the phone.... so I wait. I purchased this sprayer on 7/5/2020. I called them back several times and they say the manufacture will not answer the phone. On 8/19/2020 I make one call to the manufacture , and within 2 minutes they are sending me what I need. Oh, I also noticed on one side of the box it is written do not sell. In my opinion, some things in here are overpriced. A plug-in wax melter shouldn't run upwards of $20, lol. But aside from that, there's also a bit of an issue with staff. A couple of people in here are rude as can be. I couldn't tell you names, but there's an older lady with short, grey hair and black framed glasses that made really disturbing comments about cats. One of the things we bought was a cat toy that squeaks when it moves. For some odd reason, she got so annoyed that she said, "I'd kill a cat who played with this. It's so annoying." and then made a motion to me as if she were strangling something. Just... not appropriate at all; her tone of voice and facial expression legit scared me a bit. So...
