Ordered a small sectional on March 6th and was told roughly 3 weeks for delivery for the orientation I needed. On week 4 of not hearing anything, I called and was told the sectional was being delivered to them the next day and I would get a call for delivery after. The following week, after not hearing anything, I called again. Was again told they hadnât received it yet, it would be delivered to them that day. I would get a call that night (Thursday) for delivery on Friday. Once again, never got a call. Called on Friday, was told it had been pulled off the truck an hour prior and they could fit me in Tuesday for delivery. Time window given for delivery was 12-2. Never got an email confirming so I called at 11:40 that day, was told theyâd be to me in an hour. My order wasnât delivered til after 3pm. Sectional was in perfect condition and delivery men were nice and quick. Experience with the store and being told the same thing over and over has ensure I personally wonât be using them again. Seems like theyâll simply tell you what they think you want to hear, or nothing at all since I never got a single email update on my order. Also, funnily enough, the invitation link to leave a review that I receive after placing my order, no longer works. For the gentlemen working in the store, itâs better to just tell someone their orders delayed than to say âitâll be here later today/tomorrowâ, every time they call. Just leads...
   Read moreI'm giving this place three stars because the furniture is very nice and the items are unique, the store is small but.. there is a lot to look at! I purchased two llama paintings that I heard were popular, a popular buy apparently..lol.. And I also bought a bar cart for my kitchen back in May, early May.. but it wasn't to come in until the middle of June.. I called them today and now it's got a date of July 9th, I was really hoping to have this, this week so I could rearrange my kitchen accordingly, and get rid of the unwanted stuff I have but they keep pushing the date out further and further..ugh! EDIT UPDATE: They called and asked if I would like the floor model because they saw my review and didnt want me to wait forever for my item, very thoughtful! However, I had to go get it and it was damaged and the wheel on one of the legs broke, I had to load it up by myself and take it back. The original one I ordered was there so I took that one home and it is in perfect condition, the guys put it together for me and that was very nice, I just wish I could have been offered free delivery or something because of all the loading and unloading and driving from Vandalia to Phillipsburg back and forth.    Read moreI had a piece of my recliner at the bottom Bend ( we use that side a lot)and I called and received Parts almost right! Then contacted the factory outlet for the furniture and they set me up with a tech to come out right away...I'd say within two weeks of me saying something about the recliner. The Techs work was extremely professional, nice young man and very fast at fixing it! And it looks brand-new now doesn't have a problem reclining up or down cuz there was a Bent piece made by us not bought that way.. Not only was he awesome but everytime I call and have questions the manager is really nice and the sales people are really informative and sweet. but I am blown away today because I've had my oven worked on my fridge worked on my washer and dryer worked on and this is the first time the person was nice and professional.. we will definitely be driving an hour just to pick up any more furniture that we may want from this Factory Outlet they have amazing beds there couches anything you could want. But now I'm going to stick with them because I know if something happens that they'll try their...
