Creative Hair and Microblading — Local services in Phoenix

This is an update on my previous review.. hopefully no one has experienced or will experience what I have.. When I left I was super happy with Samira’s work. However after the healing process, I realized how incredibly high one of my arches were. Also within just a few months my brows had faded dramatically, into this blueish gray color. I had another consultation with Samira. She said she could correct my shape. She also blamed me for the fading saying I used too many creams on my face. I told her how I didn’t use creams or do any skincare routine. I even avoided touching my brows when washing my face. Then she tried to say I had too many facials.. I had never done a facial before in my life. She did a touch up on my brows for me. She did not correct anything she had previously told me she would. Within a couple months they faded AGAIN. I was extremely upset by this and didn’t even bother reaching out to her because I knew she would blame me again. I hated the look of my brows, the shape, the color, even though I got many compliments on them. I was super self conscious. I had someone even looking for someone else to correct them for me.. A friend of mine got her brows done by somebody a year ago and they looked amazing. I have waited for them to fade more before reaching out to her. I finally have, even though they have barely faded since she got them done. I asked her for recommendations on how to get them to fade quicker. She had me send over photos. She just told me if I want my brows done and corrected I will have to LASER them first. She said the Microblading work that has been done is too DEEP and will NOT fade. Which explains why they faded within 3 months but have not faded again in TWO YEARS. I am so incredibly upset by this. Microblading should only last UP to two years WITH routine touch ups. I have had ONE touch up and they have not faded more since the initial fade. Laser is a freaking process with multiple sessions… I hope, I really hope nobody else has run into this issue nor will anyone else run into this issue besides me. It is heartbreaking. I’ve visited her for many different services she offers including haircut, styling, ombré and color.
