I would never recommend Tree Pros to anyone. This company has a lack of communication and are not very reliable. They repeatedly sent the wrong phone number to the quotes guy and he couldnât get in contact with us. Finally got that figured out by calling the quotes guy directly because he left a card on our door. After that, we got an appointment set up for the work. However, the team never showed up when they were supposed to and we had to contact the company ourselves because no one reached out to us about the no-show. Got the appointment rescheduled, but the team showed up not knowing what they were supposed to be trimming because the quotes guy never sent them a photo. I was able to get the photo, showed them, then went inside while they sat and âwaited for a call back from their supervisorâ before they could do anything. Within 5 minutes, they decided to just leave without doing any work and without telling me. Very unprofessional and frustrating. Thankfully, we were able to get our deposit refunded because, after them abruptly leaving, we were no longer interested in working with the company.
Response to the owner: I appreciate your response to my review and your willingness to improve communication in the future. I just want to make a note that all cars were immediately moved so that the workers could begin. They also did not arrive with a photo of the tree. I had to track it down from my husband and provide it for them. I am a woman and they were all men who outnumbered me so Iâm really puzzled as to why they felt unsafe. I was visibly frustrated at their lack of preparedness but in no way did I ever try to make them feel unsafe. I would never try to hurt anyone, no matter how frustrated I am at a situation so Iâm sorry that they felt that way. My main issue with the whole situation was the lack of communication, especially the fact that I left the front door open and told them to come let me know when they heard back from the supervisor and could proceed with the job, since I had now shown them a photo of the tree. But they just left without saying anything. That was the most frustrating part. Itâs over now and I appreciate you returning our deposit. It just was not a great overall experience and I wanted to let others know. But I do hope that in the future, others will have a better...

Having endured years of water leaks due to breaks in my drip system lines, and having seen my neighbors with similar leaks, I decided to explore replacing my plant drip lines.
My neighbors had installed a drip system utilizing PVC tubing rather than the spider rubber drip lines installed by the Home Builder some 20 years earlier. I considered this, but could not find a reliable installer. This led me to contact Tree Pros.
One of their representatives came to my home and inspected the drip system for both my front and back yards. He promoted Tree Prosâ ânew technologyâ materials that were superior to PVC tubing. I agreed to have them install a completely new drip system.
In doing so, I specifically instructed them to do the following: Make sure the drip lines were buried below the ground and went to all plants, tree, and shrubs. Cap off lines that would later be used when new plants would be installed.
After the drip system was installed, I noticed my water bill had substantially increased. I began looking for leaks in the system and found at least five. The drip lines that were supposed to have beenâcappedâ until future plants were installed - were not. The result was water flowed out of the open drip lines when the system was activated.
Several of the drip lines were above ground level despite my instruction that they be buried.
I called Tree Pros about this situation, and they sent a representative to cap the exposed drip lines, and checked that all lines were indeed feeding each plant, tree, and scrub.
Weeks past and my water bill was still showing high usage. I examined the drip system again for leaks and found at least two leaks. The Tree Pro representative again came out and said that one of the emitters had broken loose undergroundâŚwhich was the cause of the leak. He then checked for other leaks.
It took two service calls to Tree Pros to correct items that should have been installed correctly in the first place. Having paid a premium price for their service, I feel that Tree Pros has done a sub-standard job with my drip system...
Read moreI had a huge old mesquite tree that had to be removed. Part of it was hanging over wires, part of it over my neighbor's garage, it was going to be a tricky removal, so I needed to work with a company that was licensed, bonded, insured. After checking the Registrar of Contractors website to make sure they had a clean license, I contacted Tree Pros for an estimate. It was a Five Star experience from start to finish. I was able to reach someone immediately by phone, and an estimator, Kyle, was at my house within a day or two. Kyle was professional, knowledgeable, and gave me a written estimate on the spot. During the course of scheduling the tree removal, I was in phone contact with the office several times. The ladies were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and if they were not able to answer a question, they were able to get the information for me quickly. Great communication was maintained through the entire process. On the day of the tree removal, a four man crew showed up on time and got to work quickly. They were all very pleasant, courteous, and careful and respectful of the surroundings. It was a seven hour job, and during that time at least two different supervisors showed up to check on the progress of the work and check in with me to see if I had any questions or concerns. The whole thing went off without a hitch and a project that I was dreading turned out to be a painless and actually pleasant experience. It was fun to watch a group of true professionals take down that beast. There was lots of rigging and climbing and chain saws going and they made quick work of it all and left the area spotless. Thanks, Tree Pros. I'll recommend you every chance I get and will use you for future...
