Vee Quiva Hotel & Casino bingo — Local services in Phoenix

It's hard to review a casino for obvious reasons. I have won a couple hand pays here, but its been quite a while. If I were to give a review directly after a payout, of course, it's going to be great. On the other hand, after such a dry spell, its easy to post a less gracious assessment. I will be fair. Interactions with staff have always been good except for an incident with a floor manager, who was extremely unprofessional. I will leave it at that. Layout is good. Game options are always changing. I do like how they always keep a few of the oldie but goodies. Ticket cash machines is about right, I understand keeping them full is quite the task, however vital. When one goes down and then another, things become frustrating quickly. They do an average job of keeping them up and running. Entertainment value other than gaming....middle of the road. Customer or guest promotions could be a little less constrained. Too many points are needed before leveling up from Emerald and so forth. So even after one does "card up", if one doesn't stay consistently throwing money down, status is lost. I was on my way to Gold, when a family emergency demanded my attention for a short while. When I returned, I lost my status. I had been loyal to VeeQuiva for years and this is how they repay that loyalty. I thought about Desert diamond, but I have a whole lot.more to say about how they treat the guest. So, at the end of the day I give this establishment 5/10. It's always nice and cool. Bingo is always pumping, and they keep a couple of my favorite games...

My wife and I went in to have a drink and play the electronic games at the bar. We ordered our drinks, and I made friends with the couple sitting next to us. As soon as our drinks were made, an entourage of casino staff came up and told us we had to leave. They also told the couple that we had just met that they had to leave, too. We were only there for all of 15 minutes before they kicked us out with no explanation. This is THE WORST CASINO I have EVER been to. VERY RUDE and INCONSIDERATE OF THEIR PATRONS!

Security walked up like there was a brawl at the bar. Almost like a loser convention of bullies from high school walking up to us. I was gambling on the bar video poker. Not talking to anyone. It's like they needed to make a quota or something. They targeted us for no reason. We were spending money, pleasantly enjoying our time.

The WORST PART IS THAT THEY TOOK OUR MONEY FOR THE IPA AND MARTINI THEN THE BARTENDER SAID HE "DIDN'T FEEL COMFORTABLE SERVING US.

IS THIS A GAME?? LET THEM ORDER AND THEN HAVE THEM PAY THEN KICK THEM OUT. JERKS!! WE POUNDED OUR...

Nice hotel, nice casino. Nice staff very helpful and friendly. The bed is excellent, and the pillows are also nice and comfortable The shower has a problem with not being able to mix hot and cold. It’s either hot or cold nothing in between. I talked about it with the staff. They said they would get maintenance in there but when we got back that afternoon, I checked it and maintenance had not fixed it. We were only there two days, so no big deal. Just keep shifting the water valve back-and-forth so you don’t burn yourself or freeze yourself. Evidently maintenance doesn’t know how a shower is supposed to work or maybe they just don’t know how to fix it. Not sure why they didn’t fix it but they didn’t and when we checked out it was still doing the same thing. If you’re gonna get a room here don’t get room 115. Unless you don’t mind a shower, that doesn’t work correctly. I was going to call back and talk to Managment but I don’t see the point but I would just get on Google reviews and let everybody know about that room...
