VERY VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!!!! I had brought in some already quartered meat as I was told it would take a substantial amount off the price rather then bringing in an entire deer so I dropped off 4 quarter whitetail and 2 hind quarters of a mule deer buck and made it very clear I did not want the the mule deer processed with the others and the gentleman and lady taking my order said that it would be no problem and it would be packaged and labeled separately so I left a 200$ deposit and was told I'd be called when ready....Fast forward to day of pick up I stopped in to pickup my meat and was charged another 240$ for a total of 440$ I did ask how it was all billed out because I was under the assumption it would be much less. Robert gave me the runaround saying well basically I charged you for 1 1/2 elk as that made no sense I said ok whatever and paid him. As they brought out my meat I asked about the mule deer and where it was and if it was packaged separately and the said I believe so. So I ask well is it or isn't it? At this point they brought all the meat in the back as they went through it, out of my sight. I then asked well if the roast are not labeled were did the rest of the mule deer go I assume you mixed the mule deer buck with the whitetail hamburger. And I was told yes it was all mixed in but deer is deer so it shouldn't matter. And this point I'm mad and Robert told me it was my fault I signed the paper work and there was nothing he would do about it no discount no nothing for the mistake they made and to never come back a few choice words were exchanged. Robert continued to follow me out of the store to my car cussing me out in front of my girlfriend as I loaded my Whitetail/mule deer mixture of meat into my car. Read moreLet me be clear, I am happy with the meat we got back from my two deer. However, I am extremely frustrated with the customer service. When calling them I received no answer, so I called the location in town. I asked what time I could drop off my deer and they said 6PM. I arrived at 5:05PM and was told that they were done taking deer and the cutoff was 5PM. I explained what I was told by the people in town and they finally, begrudgingly said they would take them. I filled out a form with what I wanted including my horns from both of my deer. After all was said and done, nobody seems to know where my horns went. After months of being told that an employee took them, now I am told that they got thrown away. Too many excuses to believe and over 2 months of waiting. All I can say is...
Read moreI thought I would give this some time. Just finishing up an elk that I had them process in 2018. I think I only received one package of backstraps and I shot the elk through the lungs so it wasn't from bloodshot meat. Found bullet fragments in various cuts, never opened a package that didn't have hair on it. Lot's of money for very low quality work. Staff was rude to a customer over the phone while I was waiting to be helped. Not sure what they are good at but it isn't processing game. Would...
