Dollar General — Local services in Piedmont

Earlier today I was at this location. I had a few things in my arms and my stomach started acting up badly. I have multiple stomach issues and so I set my stuff down on one of the self checks and asked for the bathroom key. I tried the bathroom door with the key and it wouldn't open. I asked the blonde cashier approximately 100 lbs around 5 ft 6 and in her 40s if there was a trick to open the door. She rolled her eyes at me and said no. I guess she thought I was too stupid. She tried the door and found out I was right. She then said I guess you are out of luck. I asked if it was possible to use the employee bathroom because it was a emergency. She said no you can't. Then when my wife stated that I have medical issues she stated she didn't care and it was policy. I walked across the road to the gas station and used it there. Had to clean my underwear because of this. I didn't go back to get the stuff I had picked up. If you are this hateful and disrespectful to your customers don't expect them to come back. Plenty of other stores so we won't be back...

Very clean because it's new however staff needs to be a bit more alert and watch the register for customers. Several customers at the register a good 8 minutes calling out loud in the store before someone finally had to go find...

For the location, a godsend. Ppl who live there have to drive 10-15 miles just to get groceries and the like. Much bigger than the stores in Jacksonville. Best experience in a DG in...
