Wouldn’t recommend. The communication is terrible. They lie about everything. Our home was supposed to be complete in June. We were then told July again August first before kids started school. Home wasn’t complete until September. The house was moved to the land in May 29th. Mind you without permits. Despite them knowing we had to leave our place August the house didn’t even start getting worked on July. Footers were done July 9th and next thing we lose was touch for 3 weeks after that. Contractors weren’t showing up when they should’ve. Work was done poorly. There was a whole in the side of the home where they ran into a tree and they just threw some ding up there evidence of water damage in the laundry room where they let the house set for months in the elements without repairing. We’re still having issue and they haven’t even responded back after us reporting it’s been almost 2 months ago. We had to fix things ourselves. We spent 2 months in a hotel because of the non existent communication and false dates/timelines. Which forced us to close without getting any issues fixed, because the housing situation which they were well aware of prior. The paperwork for the bank( on there end) wasn’t completed on time after being approved and we got declined by the bank after the home was completed because of this had to start the process over again. We submitted our final won paperwork because when we signed in we noticed nothing was submitted. Our thresholds still don’t match because they got the wrong ones the contractor said he would personally come back this was months ago. We asked for the information for the warranty on the home still haven’t heard back from them again that was months ago. We cleaned our own home prior to moving in because waiting n them is never ending we were told we would be compensated for this and never was. It got to the point where we had to decide to do things on own. This is just a short list of issues we faced. The contractors took some of our personal items from the land when we mentioned things missing we were told they would have them returned back or reimbursed and that never happened either. I think the most frustrating part of the whole process was the dishonesty once they had us they became a ghost looking back over everything it was by far the worse experience...

Please do not support this business, they have absolutely no interest in providing a quality product. Brianna and Duke will promise you the world until that paper is signed. A fun quote from their attorney ( nowhere in the contract does it say they home has to be livable.) I, like others commented, have been left with a home containing 42 pages of defects found by a licensed home inspector. They range from plumbing to structural not to mention my HVAC completely stopped working 2 months after moving and no one will respond about repairs. Cherry on the cake these poor business owners have not provided my closing attorney the title to the home but have been completely compensated,it's been over a year. I could write a novel on how awful this first time home buying experience has been. So please again I beg of you do not support this business and learn from my mistakes and avoid the devastation on your finical and...
