Really depends on who you rent from. We rented from Airbnb in a unit managed by iTrip. The unit we are in (5103) is very nice, clean and has gorgeous views. The owner was not informed there would be maintenance going on to replace siding, despite having asked the building managers to notify them, which means they rent the unit regardless. Much to our surprise, we unexpectedly had men walking around our otherwise very private balcony and wide open windows which face several empty acres and mountains. Fluke accident with the bar lock made it flip closed after we closed the door to go to the pool and we were locked out with no street clothes or car keys for 2 hours while it poured rain. It was a weekday afternoon and it took that long to get back in due to response times from 2 separate contact numbers (maintenance and owner/manager). We spoke with two other owners/ property managers who offered us space in their empty units and also tried to reach the owners for us thinking they'd respond to them faster. We asked for the bar lock to be put back because we have a toddler capable of opening the door without it. They said they'd send maintenance so hopefully they will. I also asked for the Wi-Fi password because the one they provided was incorrect. This was the message I received: "I don't have anything else. Guests go in and change our passwords and then we find out later. Sorry... sending maintenance... have you not had it all this time? You can try resetting router." I'm thinking maintenance won't be of much help with the Wi-Fi but maybe! I'm not super excited about needing to reconfigure the router but we brought a laptop so I might try if the rain continues. We've not been in the room much but if you will be, this is something to consider, along with undisclosed maintenance, and slow...
Read moreBooked off of bookings add said the unit sleeps 4 people. The unit only had one bed and a couch that did not even pull out. Would have never spent that much for my daughter to sleep on a couch! Contacted booking which would just put is in contact with the property. Property was full and could not relocate us, stated that the room only sleeps 2 that bookings had it labeled wrong. Offered us a refund, but we would have to vacate. So we were essentially forced to stay bc everything around was full as well. Reception was horrible and pictures falsy portray the efficiently size apartment that we were in. Spent the first 2 hrs there trying to get through to booking and the property. Magically the line would get disconnected once we got though to someone after being on hold 20+ minutes. Extremely unhappy with bookings and the property...
Read moreIt was okay. Several in room issues with none of the doors being able to look (excluding the front door, that was the only one that did it's job). Using the washed and dryer was a little pricey. One of the TVs in the room wasn't even hooked up and the one in the living room needed to be unplugged to stop it from turning itself back on. Parking is never an issue. The pool area was nice and clean, and the water was refreshing after long hikes to cool down...
