Fox Run Crossing — Local services in Piketon

First and Foremost I have been at Fox Run for almost 4 years . There has been 3 different managers however the all have been AWESOME!!! The manager now Shavaughn is AWESOME, she goes above and beyond what she is required to do for her job title. FOX RUN IS LOW INCOME-HUD-SECTION 8 APARTMENTS! However just because they are doesn't mean you have to live like low rent , poverty or be disrespectful of the property ( if you live in a LOW INCOME-HUD-SECTION 8 place, IT IS YOUR HOME! ) just because you DONT OWN IT, ACT AS IF YOU DO! after all you LIVE there. Shavaughn has a boss above her as the other mangers did...in stating that they have to do what there boss tells them! They have rules and guidelines to follow as well as the tenants. It isn't the managers fault if one can't/won't follow rules and guidelines. If you fail to pay your rent on time, pass an inspection ( when you know the rules and guidelines) YOUR FAULT!!! WHY BLAME THE MANAGER??? for your neglect! Also managers follow rules, guidelines and lease and it isn't their fault if the bosses above them tell them they have to do it differently or change it up! Managers get all the backlash! ( which isn't right).Abide by the rules! Pay your rent on time, take care of your place as you own it, and mind your business NOT your neighbors! This is your community which you live in...if you see some trash laying around...be a good neighbor and person...pick it up !! It won't kill you!!! As for the manager Shavaughn she is doing an EXCELLENT JOB!! I mean Fox Run is the most representable low income-hud-section 8 complex in Pike county! As for the drugs/drug activity/or tenant's residing here on them in my almost 4 years NEVER have I known of it!! It is a quiet, safe , kid friendly, very nice place to live! Honestly the manager is VERY sweet...stop by, see for yourself! Take a stroll around our complex...see for yourself! I've lived here for 3 years now. This place has had 3 different property managers since I've been here. I don't like it. Your apartment gets inspected monthly by the manager. Your maintenance requests take forever to be fixed due to so much needing done around here. Don't even try calling anyone higher up for help if you have issues with staff here. It won't help. Bedbug infested and drugs everywhere. You'd think they were low income apartments the way they treat you!!! I don't recommend this place to live to anyone that is quiet, keeps to themselves, trying to have a nice family home or wants to be...

Let me just start out saying this place is so run down. The girl that’s working in the office now lets felons, drug addicts move in. You have to constantly worry whenever the kids want to play outside. The people that live there are so jealous if you have things and they do not. Neighbors around apt 406 are awful.
