Goody Barn — Local services in Pinckneyville

This place is my favorite antique/junk/diamond in the rough/surprise finds/ thrift store. You honestly never know what you can find in there from random designer shoes (not all the time hint the word random) to books, vintage holiday decor, records, DVDs, arts and crafts, kitchenware, a million coffee mugs, lots of different kind of dishes, awesome curio cabinets and wood cabinets for all your pretties and the list goes on and on .The gentleman that owns it is a pretty awesome person too He's willing and dealing with you all day long. Don't let it scare you that things aren't priced just shoot him an offer. And this isn't a place where everything's nice and neat it's a place where you have to get down in there dig a little ,open up some boxes, get into them dusty totes wipe a little dirt off a few things and you'll find whatever you're looking for. This is just down the road for me and every time I go and never disappoints. I always come back with something super amazing honestly. They're open on Sundays too except for like the first Sunday of the month I believe but that's super convenient for people who are off on the weekends. An interesting hoarder barn that is full of a lot of interesting junk and that's the best thing you can say about it. It's so ruined by the steep and unrealistic prices that you begin to wonder if they actually want to sell anything or if they're just showing off a wonderous collection of "vintage" trash.
