In March of 2019 we purchased 2 Flexsteel Recliners from Idzior Furniture. They were wonderful!..I especially loved that the lumbar support and that the head rest were adjustable and it had a USB port. By July of 2019, we had to have the mechanisms replaced because they were grinding and also left large black graphite shavings on my carpet. In July of 2021, the mechanisms had to be replaced again. I called Ken at Idzior and he said we could come and pick out two new Flexsteel chairs for about the same price as we spent on the first ones we got. (Because of inflation, we could not get the chairs with the same features as the first ones we purchased) We picked out 2 other chairs and had them 6 days, when I called Ken again and said the were terrible quality. When you sat on them, they sounded like you were sitting on some crinkley material. He agreeded to bring back out old chairs after replacing the mechanisms again. Hopefully, we will have no more problems with the mechanisms grinding again...Ken and Idzior Furniture went over and above with their customer service regarding these chairs. I highly recommend them...

This is a GREAT place to buy any type of furniture from. We worked with Mary to find a new bed. She was patient and very informative. There was no "hard sell" at all. Everyone in the store and those who delivered our furniture were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. My bed was delivered when they said it would be, set up and I was given instructions on its care and use (adjustable bed use). I highly recommend Idzior Furniture to anyone who is looking for new furniture. The store is beautiful and I was surprised at how HUGE it was! They have a huge inventory of fine quality furniture. I was also able to purchase really excellent linens for my split king bed that was far below prices elsewhere, even on line pricing. We also purchased pillows that again, were excellent quality and priced far below on-line pricing. We will be going back this summer to purchase new bar stools. It's worth the drive (1.5 hours for us one way)...

I will only shop at Idzior from now on. Back in 2019 we purchased what we thought would be our “forever” furniture from Mary at Idzior. And we loved it! Fast forward to one month ago… our ceiling collapsed unexpectedly and everything needed to be replaced. We of course went back to Idzior went in while we were waiting for the insurance pay out just to look around. We were greeted by their salesperson Jim who was so very knowledgeable and friendly who showed us several options that would work with our floor plan. When we finally got our insurance money and went back in, my husband worked with Tom. He went above and beyond to get us what we wanted and they even delivered it 2 days later. Love giving our hard earned money to a local business and these people are all excellent! Thank you...
