I was in the store about an hour before it closed. I was ready to try on a couple things around 6:40 and the cashier told me she had to close by herself and wanted to be out by 7 so I couldn’t try on anything because it’s to late. There was no announcement about last try ons and I thought that as long as you were in store before closing you could try your things on. The customer service was poor and she was hovering over us trying to rush us out so she can leave by 7. If the store closes at 7 you don’t leave at 7 ma’am. You all lost a sale...

The manager shawn is amazing and helpful very professional i seen several turn over in management shows me this company has no loyalty to the managers they had another good manager nicole and they got rid of her all BLACK MANAGERS BUT THE WHITE DM CONTINUES...

I really don't like this store,they don't carry the same item's as the other one in Monticello! When i go to Monticello i have so many options and the clearance rack is my friend! The one in Pinebluff...
