Super 1 Foods Pharmacy — Local services in Pine Bluff

I’ve experienced consistent issues with this pharmacy that have impacted both my health and finances. Over the course of multiple prescription refills, I’ve received conflicting and inaccurate information, ranging from “we’ve received your doctor’s order” to “no, we never got it” within the span of a single hour. Similarly, I was told my insurance was on file and up to date, only to later discover from my insurance provider that they had never even been contacted for authorization, even once for ANY of the multiple refills I have this particular prescription. This resulted in me being charged out-of-pocket for medications that should have been covered, charges I now have confirmation were incorrectly billed. (That my insurance has confirmed I am owed reimbursement) Also, despite having verified GoodRx discounts through the appropriate channels, pharmacy staff insisted the prices were "invalid". The staff's lack of knowledge in billing procedures and insurance coordination has been confirmed by my provider, and their dismissive attitude, particularly from the most recent staff member I spoke with, was completely unacceptable as she mocked my 15+ years of insurance verification and pre-authorization knowledge and experience. The level of blatant disorganization, miscommunication, and disregard for customer service here is extremely disappointing. I no longer trust this pharmacy to handle my prescriptions...

It's generally clean and organized. Staff seems friendly. Lines can get long but they almost always have at least 4 checkers. If anything the parking lot needs to be better taken care of. There is regularly carts all over the place because customers don't put them in the corrals and they don't go out to get them often enough....

Super 1 would not transfer or assist in the transfer of my medication. As an active duty Soldier I was transferred to Colorado.
