I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my disappointment regarding the florist service provided on April 26, 2024.
Despite clear instructions and multiple requests, I regret to inform you that there were significant shortcomings in the service:
Failure to Adhere to Delivery Date and Times: The flowers were not delivered within the specified timeframe, causing inconvenience and disrupting the intended surprise. Lack of Communication and Follow-Up: Despite my explicit request for a picture of the custom order, there was no effort made to provide this essential confirmation. This lack of communication was particularly concerning given that I do not reside in the state and was relying on visual confirmation of the arrangement. These issues are particularly disheartening, especially considering the importance of the occasion for which the flowers were intended. No description on line on the number of roses but it says it will be delivered approximately as pictured. My wife got only one dozen of roses in a glass vase which is embarrassing to send her only that small number which cost about $130 including delivering and tax. Spoke to Timothy the owner of the shop who continued to argue with me about the product description stating the size and the number of roses, which you will never find online under any product beside the one I ordered was removed from their website. He texted me a pic of the order he received which is not the same one I received. I tried to solve the issue with Timothy but he was arguing that the error is on my side and I must have had the same email with the same description. I demanded a refund and he insisted on my wife return to the flower back her self to the store for the refund otherwise he will not take it back.    Read moreI placed an order for spring Flowers for my sister in law. What I ordered was not delivered to funeral home Aug 6, 2021. I call the florist and spoke to Timothy on aug 9, to followed up Of what happened. I called him three times and he wouldn’t return my calls, the last time I called he said he was going to give me a full refund of $167 to my credit card. He said he try’s to take care of his customers. He said my flowers may have gotten mixed up with another families flowers since he was delivering for 4 funerals at Releford’s funeral home on the same day. He said I would see a full refund on my credit card in about a week. I called him last week and he said he would check with the processing center to see why my credit had not received credit and that he would called me back. He never called me back. I never received my flowered. The business should give me a full refund. If they don’t, I’m going to the Better Business Bureau.
