This is a fraud dealer . They post an ad for a vehicle said it was brand new went to the dealer they showed me the vehicle started it up went 1 block some lights on dash turned on no power steering hard wheel after they took my plates and money said no worries we will take it to kia and fix whatever it is . Fast foward 2 months now no answers i contact kia they tell me this car has water damage and is nit roadworthy to fix the steering a few thousand dollars to my surprise the desler tells me they are nit going to psy to fix it I never took possession of this vehicle . I contacted bureau of desler services they will now investigate and contact kia as put it writing the vehicle is not road worthy no steering can lock anytime he richard labarca and martha cangas owner of orlando auto services inc . Took the car to kia when they found out it was not repairable are mia and wont do anything i have the paperworl from kia saying should never been inspected approved to bexon the road so i have opened a case with investigations of dealers rebuilt inspections with dmv and given them all the documentation thid desler said we put it in your name nothing we csn do not 1 day did i have a vehicle operstional paid them $14000 . To scam me . I've also contacted and made complaint with federal trade commission for deceptive trade practices ,State Attorney General/Consumer Protection Agency: This is often the most effective step, as they can investigate fraudulent practices and take action against the dealership. As well as a report with local law enforcement as it was required by dmv . This can not go on And bbb. I was going to hired an attorney but the dmv said to me if they do not find the vehicle roadworthy a bad inspection . Action will be taken and the manufacturer put it in writing it is not road worthy . The dealer told them to not look any further into it. Mind you they told me the vehicle has a warranty they pay for separate . I am an innocent buyer as dmv has stated well see what will haplen the vehicle will be going from kia to dmv on clarcona ocoee rd where they told me to have it towed from kia . With paperwork from jia it is nit road worthy worthy can have an accident lock up steering and will be thousands to repair . They ignore contacts. I guess it tskes this much I dont have money to purchase another vehicle and I'm handicap my plates are handicap. Also kia has sent and given me a video that is available to them if they like as well as to dmv Justice will be served . Fraud fraud scammers . Unfortunately, I have to give this place a one star and a bad review. The people in the actual place are nice and not pushy. The lady in the place is honest about not knowing anything about cars. Therefore, I blame the owner that I spoke to, Ricardo Labarca. At the place, they let you test drive the car and everything with no issues. But the only catch is that they’re selling you a car that needs to be fixed. I test drove one of the cars I liked in the lot and noticed it had a check engine light on the dash. So, I drove the car to Advanced Auto and had the check engine light checked and four engine cords came up. Each one of the codes costed money to get it fixed. The total price to get it all fixed was about $1000. In the other words, the car will drive but not for long and you will need it to get fixed. It’s not worth going to buy a used car that needs fixing especially engine issues. I am very disappointed with what I experienced especially since I’m not from Orlando and drove out of my way to...

At first I was hesitant in purchasing a car from a used dealership,I have always bought my cars at the dealership. I ran across this dealership by accident, ,,,was on my way to a Dealer and saw it.

Upon entering my first impression was the friendliness of the employees. In this time of Covid-19 I was also very impressed on the precautions being implemented at this establishment.

It was a no pressure experience on seeking the car I wanted. At the end i purchased a car for my daughter. Being so impressed of this experience,it erased the horror stories I heard about used car dealership.

I highly recommend this establishment,which i did with all my friends and family.
