Fox Forest Retreat Center — Local services in Pine Island Township

If you want a dream getaway for your crafting friends, this is the place to go! Trisha thought of everything in her designs at Fox Forest Retreat Center. We stayed in Valley View...the sleeping rooms are so private and comfortable with the curtains, fans and lights. I slept better there than I do at home! There is separate cubbies for your clothes. The bathroom area has a separate vanity space so it's a breeze to get ready in the morning. The kitchen area is well stocked that you don't need to bring much from home...except your food of course. There is plenty of crafting tables and the room is well lighted but she also provides OttLites and a space to plug all your toys in...and a big screen TV for music or watching your favorite movie.

I have also attended a retreat there and all the meals were provided. Trisha really pampers you and makes it fun!

I stayed at Valley View in the spring and had a wonderful weekend experience. Each area is so thoughtfully planned out from the cozy- comfy beds, to the complete kitchen area. The craft area has plenty of lighting and comfortable crafting chairs. The owner thought of everything - including an elevator to help take all your supplies to the upper level. Having the store so close is a true bonus, especially since it is not only stocked with all your paper crafting needs, but lovely gifts too! The owner has put herself into the retreat house and the store which it is why it is so warm...

First of all the space in the entire retreat center is beautifully decorated and so thoughtfully set up! I enjoyed a stay in the Valley View space. Each bed has a privacy curtain, personal fan and light; having my own little space was a bonus for me! I loved that each guest has a designated space for their belongings like a drawer in the vanity, hook for coats, hook for bathroom towels, mini closets next to your bed and cubbies around your bed!
