I bought a press on nail set for my daughter for Christmas here. It said “24 nail design” on the package, but only 12 oddly shaped nails were inside. I wanted to exchange them and the manager said it didn’t come with 24 nails, that was how many boxes it came with when she bought them in bulk. Made no sense at all. I bought them on Dec 8 and bc I was 1 day past the return policy of when they were open (not open on Christmas holidays so couldn’t return then), they wouldn’t even give me a gift card for the $5. I shop here frequently, which apparently doesn’t mean squat to the manager. I won’t be back to this place, and will be telling my friends and family who shop there to beware- you buy it, forget about any sort of return. I was surprised they would be so snooty about $5 for a kids Christmas gift, but crooks...

Yes I visited this place today. There was a Caucasian family walk in before me and they were greeted and asked if they needed any help. I walked in and not one person spoke neither ask if I needed help. I walked around the entire store without anyone offering their assistance. I was going to purchase my granddaughter a few gifts, but how I was greeted and was treated differently ...I'll spend my money...

Love this place !!! I have bought about 10 t-shirts here all which still look amazing ! They even custom make shirts as well as any shirt off the Etsy website. They have always been friendly and helpful. Seriously my favorite place to shop...
