Debbie was a phenomenal host. My fiancé and I went for a late ski trip with friends. Her place in Linville was perfectly located, cozy, and clean. There was a nice letter on the counter when we arrived thanking us for staying. There was also an information book on all things to do in the area (including local grocery and restaurants which came in handy). It was cold so we followed the few directions around the house to ensure all was well kept while we visited. Overall, debbie was responsive and a very kind host. We really appreciated all of her graciousness and her beautiful little cabin/house!

I highly recommend this place for anyone interested in the Linville area and the nearby ski resorts!

Edit!!! It’s been a year since I last stayed in a place hosted by Debbie and Art! We came back. This time was to celebrate our marriage. We stayed in the Oconee Falls “Have it All” property and I can’t wait to come back. This cabin doesn’t get the attention the “At the Top” one does, but it sooo deserves it. The views are outstanding. The sun sets right over the mountains off the back deck. The hot tub is also on the deck so you can really enjoy the stars. The rooms are private and spacious. The fireplace was a nightly hit. You really do Have it All here!!

As in the last rental over in Linville, the house was clean and fully stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and laundry necessities. The checklists were extremely useful.

What a wonderful home! I researched for 6 months to find a perfect home with everything our family wanted. At the top, filled everyone’s desires. We were a family of 9, 6 adults, 2 teenagers and a 10 year old. More than enough space for everyone, we never felt crowded. My husband and I had the 2 teenagers and the 10 year old with us when we first arrived. Everyone in the car actually gasped when we reached the top of the mountain and saw the view and our house. We stayed outside for at least 15 minutes just marveling at the view. The pictures really don’t do it justice. Art and Debbie were the best hosts we have ever had! The home had everything you would need! We always bring our favorite egg frying pan with us, but we didn’t need it here. We had a slight mishap with the hot tub, totally our fault, we called Debbie and Art and they responded right away. They were so gracious and didn’t make us feel bad. They are the best hosts we have ever had. Every time we came back to the house it was exciting to see the view all over again. I could have been happy never leaving the home. We were able to make so many great memories at this beautiful home. The early mornings alone on the deck and playing games with the family. This is the best house we have rented with...

I booked the house for my entire family (ages 16 to 75) to celebrate my daughter's recent HS graduation. It was absolutely perfect! Debbie communicated very thoroughly in advance of our trip, stayed in contact leading up to our visit to answer my questions about the area, and throughout our visit to ensure everything was flawless. The area is gorgeous and secluded but centrally located to lots of NC areas. We did some hiking around and took a day trip to Asheville to our favorite brunch location and some shopping.

The house is perfect too. My builder dad was amazed at the craftsmanship that went into this house. The amount of knotty pine that fills the walls was amazing. The house is warm and welcoming while still large enough for our generations to spread out. The ping pong table in the game room handled a family tournament well too.
