This place is a joke! My husband and I have been here about 4 times the past few months and although we have never won anything big, probably nothing over $100 tbh, we do usually play for awhile and it’s only about an hour from us which is closer than any real casinos so it’s something to do on the weekend. We have spent plenty and never cashed out anything because we’ve never had anything worth cashing out.

On Fridays they do a raffle drawing where every hour they call 5 tickets out and each winner gets $100 and at 11 someone wins $1000. Tonight we played about $500 and our ticket ran out of money right about 8:00. You have to go back to the cage to put more money on a ticket. My husband was fixing to get up off of the machine to go add more money when the security guard told everyone to get out their tickets. You can’t add money on the ticket while they’re doing the drawing. So we just sat at the machine while we waited. We had only not been playing for maybe around two or three minutes when he called my husband’s ticket out as the fifth winner. My husband yelled bingo and went to get the $100 he won. Someone in the room we were playing in went up front and told them he was not playing a machine. They don’t tell you when you get your ticket in the first place that you have to be playing on a machine to claim your prize from the raffle. But apparently you have to be playing within the hour to claim a prize. We had been playing within the last four or five minutes at this point, But they refused to give him what he had won. They called out another number and selected another winner. My husband was furious, as was I. Up until this point, Every time we have been to this place, people were super friendly as long as we were giving money, but things change when they owe you money. Even if it was just 100 it Makes me wonder if we had won anything worth cashing out, How would we have gotten screwed then? We have definitely learned our lesson about these little penny holes. Save your money and go to a real casino where you can actually win big money and don’t have to worry about redeeming it.

It has really kind of been a blessing in disguise, because if not for being treated the way we were tonight, we would have probably been back several times. I would rather throw money out the window and give these people another...

I always have fun there. The people working are always nice and friendly. If it's your first time they are more then happy to show you the ropes on how to play. Been loosing lately but considering the wins I have had I'm still ahead. Be sure to bring your mask because it is required. Also you will go through a security system so no knives, guns,anything you could use to harm anyone while you are there. Some people have a tendency to loose their cool when then don't get their way. If you know what I mean. It's a great place, where you can have safe fun. It is a non-smoking place so you will have to go outside if you need to smoke. Go have fun, try your luck and maybe I will see...

I am sad to even have to write this review . I witnessed a sixty something old woman get assaulted by a cashier. The manager's daughter Aaliya's boyfriend. I was so shocked when the man threw her belongings at her, money cards and all. The other patrons were shocked as well who were there including myself she appeard to have back trouble, so we assisted her in picking her things from the floor💔. Seeing she was only asking for help because the line was long. This young man looked to be young enough to have a mother her age. But it was bad. I noticed the atmosphere is different here toward Black people. Im biracial and I love both races of people but I Truely see...
