Just left Pinson’s Raindrop car wash because of all the great reviews, and my family van is completely mangled up.
My advice would be to stay clear of this car wash if you could help it. While new, it seems fairly unorganized. I also want to note that staff does not seem knowledgeable of rules...
Read moreWhile driving from Trussville to Gardendale I noticed this new Raindrop Carwash. It has just opened in June of 2024. This was now July 2024. I am not sure if equipment come Pre set or adjustable like the Water Pressure, Brushes , Air Power Blower Dryers etc. But I decide to run through with the Basic Wash. I have a Jaguar XKR Convertible so I dont get all the extras. No were is it posted to warn about Convertibles in this wash. I have been through several and had no problems. When exiting the wss I began to hear and feel extreme wind pressure and the back window began making a noise. Later after leaving the wash I could hear the back window flapping. After investigating and having it checked the wind tunnels in the New Raindrop Carwash had blew the glass loose from the top. I just had an appointment to officially look and repair this. I returned to the car wash to find 5 to 7 Powerful Peco Blowers aimed directly down towards . I have sent a formal letter to the COO of the Company in hopes they either have insurance to cover such an accident or at least help with the cost of the repair . These jets should not blow a window loose from a top or either there should be a warning notification when entering. I hope Raindrop Carwash does the right thing to help cover the repair that at the end of July while driving through their new car wash in Pinson,Alabama. I will repost follow-up . Thanks...
Read moreUPDATE The new upgrades at Grayson Valley location are complete and beyond my expectations! My car looks so good now with absolutely no effort on my part. The lights in the tunnel include a projector now that I’m sure will be great excitement for anyone that enjoys the show (kids will love it no doubt). My top observation post upgrades has to be that both the Grayson Valley and Pinson locations are demonstrating industry leading services and products. This point illustrates a promising future for the Raindrop family as I hope they continue to grow. I look forward to future business with this company.
I visited the Pinson Alabama location the first time this week due to my neighborhood raindrop being closed for upgrades, which I’m very excited for. The staff at the Pinson location is top-notch and the technologies in place are absolutely top-tier as well. I wish they had the permanent Glass cleaner and multipurpose cleaner dispenser stands like they do at Grayson Valley, but other than that I really have no complaint and look forward to doing more business at...
