Far off the beaten path but worth the visit. The spring is home to the native Moorman White River Springfish. There is a parking area with an enclosed pit toilet in front of the fence and the spring is a short walk. When entering the spring to soak, take care because the large submerged brown rocks are quite slippery. The water temp when we visited was 88° F. The water is clear but easily stirred and clouded if you try to walk along the bottom. No more than several feet deep and much of the spring is very shallow.
