This place in not bad because of the managers or the owners. It is not good because of the shipping personal doesn't really care much about getting their job done what what it seems. I don't think they communicate well with the dock workers either, when manager got notified, I got in/out 1 hour.

Don't let lazy dock workers ruin your day, don't wait for problems to solve them selfs.

I walked around and asked other drivers how long they have been here, most of them said 3-4 hours.

If you ask some one how long it will take and they will say idk, that means A. Product is not ready and they are lying to you B. They don't care about the job because if you work in the shipping office you would know how long it takes per truck etc C. They just started working yesterday.

Warning to fellow drivers: I want to let other truckers know what to expect when coming to this facility. The shipper informed the broker that the load was ready for pickup. I arrived and checked in at 3:30 PM. After waiting five and a half hours, I was finally assigned a door. It took them another three hours to finish loading. In total, I lost almost nine hours just sitting here.
