Very professional, friendly, and prompt. Even on a Sunday, Andy was here within about 20 minutes of the initial call. No charge, since they were here a few months back installing new motor. It was a simple fix, took him less than 2 minutes to diagnose problem, but i was still concerned i would be charged a Sunday service call, a fist bump is all that i was 'charged' Highly recommend this excellent company and will ONLY use them in the future, if we do encounter problems with our unit. We needed a soft start installed on our AC condensers to work with a whole house generator. Humphrey’s was recommended after receiving a high quote from another AC company. The other day I called Humphrey and asked them to come check out a leak in my utility closet I thought was the A/C. Turns out that it was a leak in a water pipe caused by a repair worker nailing into it. Andy found the problem and politely went on his way without a mention of the fact that he traveled all that way or charging me.
