Great shopping experience. I stopped at the store with the intention of looking for inspiration for upcoming purchases. Bob came over to introduce himself and began explaining some of the quality features of cabinets I was looking at. I mentioned I'm also interested in living room furniture and he took the time to walk me through different styles and how to go about narrowing down my choices. It was nice that he took the time to work with me and explain things even though he knew I wasn't making a purchase today. From our first step into the business it was 100% top notch Customer Service. We were impressed by the selections, prices and knowledge of their products. Special note would be I was able to order a chair to be made to match the one in store. Who does that? Very nice shopping experience. World class service! Cannot say enough good things about Kelly’s 😃 Took my MIL there this afternoon to buy a new chair. Mark spent quality time with us helping to figure out her needs, and the best option for her. For now, the best option was a repair, rather than buy new.
