Mike & son are amazing. We purchased a Cub Cadet riding mower for my dad there & after a several months, there was a simple issue with the belt which caused it not to turn on. We called & immediately Mike said, he could check it to see what the problem was. My dad said once at the business, they took the time to look at it and resolved the issue and due to it being so minor they didn't even charge him. My dad who is elder, was very grateful for there time & service. They are courteous & focused on the issue of the product you purchase from them. Sometimes, other businesses don't give you the time of day but they definitely did, great job on helping by daddy out with his riding mower & you definitely show you back the purchase of the customer. Really awesome company. My husband & I stopped over as we had heard good things about the company and a nice man walked out right away and asked if we needed help with anything. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable, and very willing to answer all questions, turn on tractors , let us drive etc. I told him that we wanted a used tractor but that i didnt know how wed get it home and he said there was free delivery included (they got it there right that afternoon!)...they also do repairs and included a 3 month warranty. Nice to have a family owned business right up the street that takes pride in their work. In all seriousness the customer service and attention each customer is given are second to none.
