Formally owned by CBM now they’re calling their selves AWI same people behind the scenes crooked they don’t follow the laws. I know of a few people that need their carpet changed. The law says if you’re living in an apartment that there’s to do it after every seven years And they refuse and the manager is no help at all. She’s horrible unprofessional and she makes treat you like she belittle you like you don’t matter as a tenant and there’s real actual health and safety issues in a few of these apartments that have not been addressed still the owner Christian They hire people in their family most of the time M they act like they can’t follow the rules when it comes to housing regulations and laws they intimidate you and maintenance is terrible. Would not recommend this to anyone. We visited some friends who live there and there bathroom has not been able to flush for over 6 months. Because we have visited many times. Plus there microwave has been dead for over a year. I wonder why they havebto pay rent when they can't flush the bathroom or use the built in microwave. All of the things mentioned here have been told to the people in charge and they just say they have no Maintence workers, don't hold your breath on it. Our friends do not know we have mentioned this here in the reviews. I just think others should think twice before...
