Southern Market — Local services in Plain Dealing

Well there is good prices to a point bc u can got to other stores and get stuff a bit cheaper. They let there employees talk on the phone when they are checking ppl out which is against piggly wiggly policy the manager shes a sweet person and a good manager the assistant manager acts like he has a problem with most ppl. My dad had bought some cheese that had mold on it and he wouldnt even acknowledge what my dad was trying to say. Ill give 5 stars to the other piggly wiggly franchises owned by kenyan enterprises but this one in plain dealing until they get some act right and more training to there employees especially there management staff. This store has went down hill simce mr kenyan passed away...

So today at 2:45 I was at the checkout in plain Dealing and I had two of each different kinds of cheese that was on sale, and a lot of other groceries.the young cocky manager came over and told me I could only buy two and that’s all, so I told him he could keep them all and he told me to get out of HIS store, so I left. I have spent 10s of thousands of dollars in that store since it opened. BUT I CAN PROMISE YOU THAT PLAIN DEALING PIGGLY WIGGLY OR ANY OTHER ONE WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER ONE...

I could not believe the prices in this store. 8 oz of cheese that is about $2.50 elsewhere was over $4.00. A jar of Kraft mayonaise was about twice what it is elsewhere. Talk about taking advantage of being the only store in town. The sad thing is, it is a town of a lot of retired folks that are not able to...
