While I can say the product quality is very good, however, because a business relationship is about more than the product, I cannot give my referral to this company. The owner, Stuart, seems to be quick to anger. He took issue with my frustration of making numerous calls for an appointment to BUY product and proclaimed he works day and night to serve his customers...Kind of confusing if you ask me...but you decide for yourself. I see it as a simple question: Do I want to spend my money at a business who has terrific product, but poor human interaction skills? The best beef we've had (hands down) anywhere in the U.S.! We've been buying 1/4 cow from various farms in different states and I have to say, this is by far the most delicious and tender beef (consistently from different cows) that we've ever had! We would pay double, maybe even triple the cost to eat their beef & pork. Very lean and so tender that you might want to cook your veggies in a stew for an hour or so before adding the beef as mine disappeared 45 min into cooking.
