A few years back my grandmother gave me her wedding rings to propose to my girlfriend of eight years. She wanted her rings to go to a young couple happily in love and chose my wife and I to carry on the legacy and love that this ring represented. These rings have seen many years of wear and tear. Time had tarnished their surface. But the rings were still beautiful on the day that I proposed to her back in 2017. They were a perfect fit. Now flashforward three years to 2020. My grandmother has sadly passed away. And my wife and I are trying to cope with life amidst a serious pandemic. Amidst navigating these troubled times one of the bands of my wife's heirloom wedding ring set, had broken. With only "essential" businesses in operation, global trade shaken, toilet paper supplies evaporated, what were my wife and I to do but wait. "Who would we even call?" I wondered.
The maker of this Ring had long since been bought out by big buisness jewelers. But my stepmother knew just the people to refer me to for such issues regarding precious rings during these turbulent times.
I contacted Enchanted Jewelry to fix my wife's broken wedding band, and when COVID-19 life had permitted the operation to be done, the company reached out and provided us with the necessary care and craftsmanship needed for such a sacred object to my wife and I. The work was completed without delay. Also, in addition to fixing my wife's band, the craftsman at Enchanted Jewelry cleaned and polished both of the rings too, restoring the 61 year old objects back to perfect condition.
The work that Enchanted Jewelry did saved my wife's wedding rings and will allow my wife and I to carry on not just the rings but the legacy of my grandparents love for one another. I would encourage anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation to seek out the expertise and care that this company had shown my wife and I during...
Read moreFirst off, I will start by saying I rarely recommend any business 110%. Enchanted Jewelry manages to make me smile every time I deal with them. I recently entrusted Enchanted with handling my late mothers diamond ring. After recently getting engaged, I wanted my fiancée to be able to design her own wedding band using my moms diamond. As one can imagine, I was very nervous placing something with so much sentimental value in the hands of a stranger (especially when you hear the horror stories of diamonds getting lost or switched out at jewelry stores). I soon found out I wasn't dealing with a stranger, but rather immediate best friends. Jill and her sons spent a good deal of time measuring, weighing, and examining my stone so we knew all identifying marks. Once we had a setting picked out and left a deposit, she gave me her cell phone number so we could be in touch while the ring was being made. I never expected her to give updates several times a week while the ring was being casted! When the ring finally came in I was able to confirm it was in fact the same diamond I had sent out. Honestly I never expected my experience to be so personal or exceptional. The finished results were above and beyond my wildest dreams and I think the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Enchanted Jewelry to everyone I know, regardless of whether it's an engagement ring, watch, or earrings. They have a good selection and are happy to order in whatever you need. My fiancée and I plan on returning here for our future wedding bands and any other jewelry needs. Also, why wouldn't you choose a small family owned business over a big box store? It's a no brainer, go to...
Read moreTook my diamond in for sizing and one chip replaced ,Also to make sure the stones were set in the setting ,tight etc .It Was bought used and I wanted it checked out.I was told when I dropped if off it looked good. I was assured that we got a good deal on a nice diamond ring ,You told me I did very well and it was a nice ring .Not one word about the ring being "shoddy" .Had diamond chip replaced, It fell out a week or so later, Took it back .They told me the total OPPOSITE story ,Jill said the ring was shoddy and stones were all loose in their settings, why did you not tell me that when you first looked at the ring. If the ring was so shoddy why then did you take it for 2 weeks and not say a word to me when I dropped it off , you both looked at it ? I dropped it off on a Tuesday Was told it would be ready Friday , it was a whole other week and I had to call you , you knew before I even came in that you screwed up the ring and you know this is the truth .You showed me thru the lens, your mistake ,and It looks like the center diamond has been actually glued in and is now off center. You never said that when you took it in to replace the chip , why, because it was not like that when I brought it to you .I have to go to another jeweler to see if this can be fixed . So extemely heartbroken and disappointed I put my trust in these people and the ring was a gift .Bottom line do not trust these people. ,horrible for jeweler repair .Now I have to spend more money on a ring I can't wear because Enchanted Jewelery screwed it up Did not offer to make it right . You are taking a big risk if you leave your jewelery with these people...
