Awesome business! Their products and also customer service is great. I ordered a gift off their website, and when I paid, using an online payment method, I hadn't put in the person's shipping address yet, so I guess because I was paying, and hadn't yet put in an address, my own address was just auto populated into the shipping address section, and the order went through. I emailed them about it, to fix it to the correct address, but I figured it was probably too late, and I'd have to either ship it myself again, after I received it, or put the order through again. I was happy when I realized it had shipped out, and it was going to the corrected address. They'd gotten my email, and fixed it, and it was going to the right place. Lots of larger retailers can't even be reached by email. So that shows they have very good customer service. You can reach actual people when you have an issue, and not...

As a chef, I care about the most quality of ingredients and I care about how to try obtain perfection. Their smoked cheese is up there with the best things I have ever eaten. I picked this up at a farmstand years ago and didn't realize how much I loved it. I fell for the ideal that one day I would find it again. Well... I've been searching for this cheese and I found it again. I bought a bucket full and now won't make the mistake of not writing down the label. Their cheese is literally the best eating cheese on earth. (Italian cheese for grating has its perks and should be widely regarded. Midnight Moon is now 2nd place.... This place is worth a visit just for the smells! I was referred here by a knowledgeable local. Bought a few gift boxes for the holidays. They looked as good as they smelled.

I was very happy that the boxes themselves were more than just functional. Well filled with ham and cheeses. Coupla surprises as well. It was short notice, I know, so while I was disappointed that they didn’t have any bacon, I was OK with the substitutions.

I will be back soon to get some bacon for myself. Maybe that will earn them...
