Beware of buying anything electronic. Read the directions & make sure ALL functions work. Don't just take they're word for it. Bought a herb vaporizer and got it home to find out the heating settings were not working. (Or maybe I was doing something wrong. Won't know at this point) Brought it back to the shop and spoke with the long haired dude. HORRIBLE customer service. Had NO idea about his own product. He kept clicking the button, basically trying to tell me I wasn't doing it right. I had to show & read the directions to him. (And even pointed to the picture demonstrations) Trust me, if I'm going to spend that kinda money, I'm not bout ready to screw it up by not reading directions. Tried telling me I had to contact the manufacturer and he doesn't do refunds ever. Told him I bought it less than 2hrs ago and hadn't even put product in it & he's telling me he won't do anything about his faulty product sold. Told him I would then need a receipt. He then asked me what I paid for it & I told him, forgetting about the tax. With a nasty attitude he gave me cash back minus the tax, but at that point I just wanted to get outta there before my Italian temper got the better of me. Shame, because I used to like that shop & found the prices to be good. But after that, screw that noise. I'll take my business elsewhere where the people know their products & won't give me an attitude if there is something wrong with the product. Don't care if I need to spend more. Then they kept promising to order the heads for 3 weeks, and lied to me on the phone saying they had them in stock, I drove down there twice. Each time wasting a hour. 2 different times, to find out they still didn't. Each time they offered me one ceramic defective one. So i finally bought it and it didnt work. You sold alot of these devices, and you don't even offer parts for. The quartz head is the good one, and the ceramic is junk heads because they don't know anything about the product they sell. That is the sixth vape I have bought from here & thatâs just sad how my money that I spent had nothing wrong with it but I can get a damaged vape & canât get it replaced or even my money back for a defective product.
