Buying my new Kubota SVL75-3 track loader from Townline Equipment was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing heavy machinery—and I’ve owned quite a few machines over the years. Jim DeAngelis was absolutely fantastic to work with. There were no games, no nonsense—just honest, straightforward service. He got me everything I asked for and made the entire process seamless. After almost a decade in a CAT 232D skid steer, I decided it was time for an upgrade. I initially reached out to my local CAT representative, but it turned into a nightmare. They were aggressive, tried to push me into models I didn’t want, misrepresented machine specifications, and generally made the process frustrating. I also explored Takeuchi, but that dealer ignored my request to communicate via text or email (due to poor cell service on my farm) and kept calling me repeatedly. When I was ready to move forward, they refused to offer financing and said they would only accept cash for the machine. In contrast, Jim and the team at Townline Equipment were exceptional from start to finish. Jim was knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely kind. The entire experience felt easy and professional, which was a breath of fresh air. I can’t say enough about how happy I am with my decision. Switching from CAT to Kubota has been a revelation. This Kubota SVL75-3 is everything I’ve ever wanted in a skid steer and then some. After using it to clear snow during several storms, I can confidently say it outperforms my old CAT in every single way. It feels like upgrading to a Cadillac—smooth, powerful, and packed with thoughtful features. I’m officially a Kubota convert and can’t see myself ever buying another brand. I also had the chance to tour Townline’s facility before making my purchase, and I was impressed. Their workshop is fully equipped to handle any issues that might come up, and everyone I met was friendly and professional. I’m thrilled with my new machine and my experience at Townline Equipment. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Kubota SVL75-3 from Townline Equipment in Plainfield NH recently and just had the complimentary 50 hour service completed by one of Townline’s technicians at my location. This was my first major purchase from Townline, and I am very happy that I chose to buy from them. I found Spencer (sales) to be knowledgeable and fair to deal with and when it comes to service the responsiveness and work quality has been great. I have had a few questions along the way and the service team was always quick to respond and very helpful (Adam and John in particular). As a result of these experiences, I strongly recommend Townline Equipment. And the Kubota SVL75-3 is a...

Have done business with them for a several years with Kubota construction equipment at our construction business. Had my personal New Holland TC-45 tractor that needed a fuel feed problem fixed and did a 1,200 hr. service on the entire unit,; they do not discriminate, given they sell NH haying equipment they have access to NH tractor parts. They had the parts and serviced the entire unit. Was having some chloride ballast leaking from the rear tires and they put in the RimGard type product and new tubes also. Tractor even got a bath when I picked it up yesterday. Job was done on time as promised. Best...
