If I could make this a negative 9 review I would. Since I have gotten the stacker I have had more than little issues. I will say that they send people out to look at the damaged merchandise however, they will blame you for it regardless to if it is your fault or theirs. They have lied multiple times about EVERYTHING. When the stacker first started leaking I called for days back to back, they would send someone out and they would pull the stacker out and put it back. Well come to find out that the stacker I had gotten was preowned and had a baby sock from the previous owner stuck inside of it. Now I constantly tell then that I am not paying anything until notification that my floor will be fixed which is what they said will happen not once but every time I call them. However, management keeps in contact and they keep telling them that it is my fault and that they are not fixing it. I have let corporate and the regional know they will not get anything from me until them which they said is ok but the store keeps calling me asking for money like I haven't already told them about this. It is a shame that I am not the only one whose floor is messed up because of the stackers leaking and being pulled and pushed but I hope it is solved I would hate to have to get the courts involved because then its going to cost them more money on top of the flooring in my...
Read moreWe got a recliner chair from them and they were very nice for the year it took to pay it off, even knocked off the last payment! We just moved again and will probably be back for more furniture needs, though sadly the chair we got, was far from being quality with the wood under the padded arms being just wood covered in cloth instead of padding like it should be and putting horrible pressure on the legs, also the arms separated from seat within the first month leaving a gap on either side of where your hinny goes.. It was a big man recliner. Its shoddy, but when we moved they did come and move it for us. Also got a few days behind on payments every so often due to life, and they were always understanding and easy to work with.
