Very friendly staff but be warned they take your keys bc of one driver!! Lucky for me first time here and the high is only 63 but this is Florida. I have a small dog and I won’t be coming back to this place to bake. They just started this policy this week so if you have been here before 1/15/25 be prepared! I don’t have an apu and only way I can keep cool is to use my idle which that can’t happen without a key. Other than that I got a dock right away they started loading me right away. You have to take your airline off and they put a stop sign in front of your truck and you think that would be enough for a driver not to pull out of the dock but no they have to take your keys too. I can see this being an issue for many drivers. I took 2 stars away bc having your keys to keep cool is a big deal to me in Florida.
