HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE READ - BEWARE!!!! Cricket as a company has HORRIBLE customer service. Twice I referred two different customers to Cricket so I would receive a $25 referral bonus, supposedly! I wasn't sure how to put in the referral codes online and asked the employees for help in doing so. Both times the Cricket employees argued with me saying we could put in the referral codes online at a later date instead of doing it before activation. I kept telling the employees that you had to put in the codes before activation but they insisted you did not. They would not help me to put the codes in because they said you could do it at a later date and of course I was right. You have to do it before activation so both times I did not receive my referral bonuses because of the Cricket employees inaccurate information. After two different time of being told that from two different stores, I feel they tell customers that so the company doesn't have to pay referral bonuses. I called customer service about it and after ALL the calls I had to make, not one time did I ever talk to someone that wasn't foreign and I couldn't hardly understand. So frustrating when you are already dealing with a problem and upset. Ever time the customer service was EXTREMELY rude and did not help me.    Read moreWorst customer experience I have ever had. I was trying to buy a new phone and was suggested the leasing program because it was “affordable”. Turns out, the leasing company more than doubled the price of the phone which came out to a payment of $205 a month, which does not even include service. It took me days to even find this out, because I was unable to get help with my online account or in person at this store.
The only reason I was online was because when I asked the in store agent if she could order a phone so I could purchase it through the store, she told me no, I needed to handle it myself at home, even though I told her I was unable to order a phone on my account. Her response was “I don’t know what to tell you.” I was ready to buy a phone and accessories from her yet, she would do nothing for me. If she had not mislead me about the cost of the phone to begin with, I could have avoided the 6+ hours I spent trying to buy it. Talking to one cricket rep after another who couldn’t help.

   Read moreWould leave 0 stars. On September 2nd morning we went to this store to transfer the phone number. But we ended up having a new phone number and SIM card. Which I understand we should've communicated more. But according to a different branch manager which we got these issues fixed... the sales associate at this location completely lied to us about the fact that we had to wait 30 days in order to cancel the new number and wouldn't be able to transfer the phone number because he wanted the sales and get credit for it. When in actuality we could have gotten this problem fixed right there.. worst part is that we can't even get refunded for the phone line and SIM card that we didn't even use once.... thanks guy for lying to us and taking our money.
