DG Market — Local services in Pleasant Plains

My last review for pleasant plains dollar general must have been for the old one, I've been going to the Concord DG since it's been open but I was needing a few specific things and decided to come to the PP one because it's newer and bigger. Was that a mistake. I went in for a hairbrush, oral gel and baking soda. Spent 30 min in there never seen an employee to help me. Decided I needed detangler for my daughter could not find it, could not find the oral gel. Finally gave up on the oral gel. Went to the register that the light was on. Stood there a good 5 or more min no one came. I couldn't find anyone. Someone else walked in got their couple things went over to a register that the light was not even on. She said they normally check out over here. I told her I've been waiting a good 5 min no one has come. A lady finally came and went to the register with the light out and checked the other lady out and told me she was checking out over there. I literally stood there waiting long enough to watch the women get her groceries and come to the register then watch them check her out first. I will only be going to the Concord DG. Oh and before someone asks why I didn't just check myself out. I was going to when I couldn't find no one and they were turned off...

My family and I began shopping here a few weeks after they opened up. Unfortunately there is a girl who works there with a medical condition known as Autism, she's autistic. I have known her for a long time and she is a dramatic person, every time my family and I shop there, she would constantly follow us around the store, watching us. Made me and my family fell extremely uncomfortable. She is rude and mouthy to us, she sits up at the counter talking about us and now the manager Tammy had told me today that we aren't allowed in the store due to shoplifting. I, myself have never taken anything from this store and not would my kids and husband. I was told by the manager Tammy to not come back to the store or she would have to call the cops and she did. That out me in an extreme and very stressful mood because we would never do anything of that sort. I've already notified headquarters and corporate and filed a complaint against these women. We were treated very poorly and with much disrespect. Don't shope here or you'll be accused of shoplifting as well
