I honestly was extremely happy and satisfied with doing business with Cortez Entertainment for the first time. I order a 10 × 10 small jumper for my daughters 11th birthday. Since there wasnt very many kids attending the 10 x 10 was perfect. They can right on time at the arrival time that was given to me. It was very clean n put together quickly. We had the jumper all day and it didnt give me not one problem. At pick up he came on time. My kids did request the jumper a little longer before arriving but as understood the time was set. When he got there he did allow my kids to play a little longer n that ment alot my kids. The clean up was very quick. I really admire how they the made sure everything was put together neat n tidy that's shows alot about the way someone runs there business. Again thank u very much Cortez Entertainment for coming through for my daughters birthday with the jumper. I honestly highly recommend Cortez Entertainment for all ur party needs. I mean what can I say u got one stop shop for it all. N again me personally had a great experience with Cortez...

Listed below are the pros and cons of my experience with the mechanical bull rental from Cortez Entertainment.

Pros:

1. They were on time - My reservation was at 8:30pm and they got to my house around 8:00pm.
2. Set up was quick - They took about 10-15 minutes to set up the bull and my guests were enjoying it in no time! 3)They listened to our requests - Some of my guests were afraid of riding the bull but they made sure to go easy on them.

Cons:

1. Difficult communication - Upon reserving, it took some time to lock in the date because our schedules were conflicting.
2. Difficulty taking out the bull from the truck into the backyard - Some of my guests had to help roll in the bull into the backyard because we were told it would be difficult to roll it through the front yard grass.

I had a western themed party and the bull we rented from Cortez Ent greatly surpassed all of my expectations!!! The machine was super clean, modern and had all the bells and whistles. Glowing eyes and smoke out the nose like wow!!! My party attendees loved it! Such a hit. The owner was super responsive, accommodating and even helped rally the crowd to get on the bull via announcing a contest for the girls and boys when everyone was being shy. Because a lot of people showed up late, he actually stayed later so that everyone could enjoy themselves, on his own accord without me asking.
