Dollar General — Local services in Plum Branch

Staff in the evening is wonderful but it's very upsetting that they have only one person who is Caucasian working there. It was cleaner, friendlier and more diverse when Ms Ann was the manager. They have since let go or the employees who quit that were Caucasian have been 6 and replaced by the new managers friends. They do not greet u anymore. Not as friendly . Stuff all over aisles mom tripped and almost fell. The day manager is the most rude of all she doesn't greet u at the door nor is she friendly towards others races. The store has clutter all in the isles. The store is slowly going down hill. I'm contacting a head manager to file...

EVERY time I go to this store (once a week on average) the cashier is ALWAYS on the phone. Once it seemed like a call to corporate to help fix something wrong with the system... But the rest are personal calls. On the store phone none the less! They never speak or greet me or even tell me what my total is. The only reason I still go is purely out of convenience. The workers should be ashamed...

When you stocks shelves ur suppose to pick up after your self, NOT leave boxes laying all over the floor so customer's have to walk around the store just to get to the other side of the isle!
