THE FIRST AND LAST TIME, I will do business with THIS FedEx Ship Center. Their customer service was seriously lacking! I was the only customer in line and dropped off a box to be delivered to a client in New Jersey. The box and label needed to be sealed with tape. The representative behind the counter said that I could purchase a roll of tape for $2.50, and I said no, that's okay. The representative then said just this one time, she would help seal the box. She continued, but the next time I see you here asking for help, she would not help. I told her, "Don't worry, I will not return." Read moreHORRIBLE customer service.! paid 22 dollars for overnight shipping, twice my package was marked as undeliverable due to me "not being home" despite the package not requiring a signature, and the second "attempt" i was home and nobody knocked on my door. spoke to dispatch at this location who was not only unhelpful but was rude and unprofessional on top of it, took it upon herself to mark my package as "refused" instead of reattempting the next day and when i attempted to protest this she hung up on me.!
