I would like to give a 10 star rating if I could. I recently leased a 10×15 unit at your Oakmont facility. I came in on Saturday and Mary was very thorough taking me through the different size options that best suited my needs. She was extremely kind and personable. I was informed of your free truck also and couldn't pick it up until Sunday (Easter) morning. Mary said she would come in specifically to accommodate me. That's practically unheard of these days! I was given until 1pm Monday to return the truck. When I returned on Monday morning, I met CJ. I inquired if the truck had been reserved past 1pm because I would need it longer due to the fact I was quite behind schedule because of a back injury. She was very willing to accommodate my needs and after talking to her again in the afternoon, again needing more time...she allowed me to keep the truck overnight so I could complete my move. Without her willingness to help me, I don't know what I'd have done. I'm extremely grateful that there are 2 wonderful women who work there that both went above and beyond to help me. I have used several storage facilities over the years. My experience with STORExpress has been by far the best. I currently am living in CA trying to coordinate a move in CA and to PA. I contacted the storage facility a couple of months ago and spoke to Mary. I explained my circumstances and knew immediately this was the facility that I wanted to use. I hadn’t determined a specific timeframe yet so everything was still up in the air. Mary provided the info I needed and contacted me every few weeks to see how things were progressing. I finally was able to arrange the move; however, I ran into several obstacles. Mary and one of the other staff members, Abby, went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Mary even offered to come in before the facility opened if my POD storage unit arrived early. She had also given me the name of a local mover who was also extremely helpful. My experience at STORExpress Self Storage on Coxcomb Hill road in New Kensington PA was nothing but wonderful. Mary was exceptionally helpful and caring towards her customers and manages the property with skill. Her staff have also always been kind. I had an automated temperature controlled storage unit with them for a few years and had a great experience overall. Spaces were clean and as described. As my particular unit is programmed electronically there were a few times it was inaccessible over the years due to technical issues, but Mary and her staff were helpful in fixing the problem right away and VERY communicative so this wasn't an issue for us. They do utilize an answering service during night hours when closed but Mary usually calls back right away herself which I appreciated. I would highly recommend the use of this storage facility to anyone looking for a great customer experience...
