I was very disappointed in an arrangement that I called in over the phone as I live out of state. I asked for different colored tulips to have a spring arrangement sent to a family member just after being discharged from the hospital. I was told at the time that they had tulips arriving the next day and could deliver after that. What showed up were carnations and 2 daisies and I was never informed of any change in flowers. My family member didn't hear the door when they arrived to deliver and instead of calling her (I had given them her phone number) to open the door they just took them back and charged me a second delivery fee to take them again. I wasn't even informed that they didn't get delivered. Days later I had to actually reach out to the recipient to find out they did not get anything. Then I called the florist back and got them to deliver them. Extremely disappointed in the terrible customer service and being charged 70 dollars for carnations. I would do zero stars...

Can't say enough great things of Cashen Creek Florist and their staff. As the Executive Chef at Swan Lake Resort, our first wedding of the year took place today. The bride and groom had hired another florist to do all of their center pieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres. The manager for this other florist quit without notice and the staff decide not to do the flowers for this weeding without notice. Our wedding sales coordinator had even reached out the day before the wedding to confirm delivery time and wasn't notified they wouldn't be doing the floral arrangements.

A quick call to Cashen Creek 2 hours before the wedding, and 45 minutes before Cashen Creek Florist closed for the day, they were able to make centerpieces, bouquets, and boutonnieres in an hour. Stephanie and her staff went above and beyond and totally saved the day for this wedding. Kudos to Cashen Creek Florist. They will be our go to florist at Swan Lake Resort...

NAVER GOING AGAIN! After they changed names they started profiling their customers as they walk in!! My husband went to this place to buy flowers for our 26th anniversary, and because he wasn’t looking his best after work he had cash in hand was willing to spend up to $150 on flowers had it in his pocket he picked out two different bouquets that he loved her prices on them and she wouldn’t sell them to him he asked if they would put a bouquet together for him, she said no! I’ve owned business for over 10 years in this town I can’t believe somebody would treat somebody that way I will never use them again all of my business will now go to ask flowers they fulfilled the order for my husband and they were pleasant and they treated him like...
